You agree not to violate laws, exploit minors, send spam, impersonate others, interfere with Site operation, attempt unauthorized access, or post unlawful or offensive material.

10. Online Commerce

Prices include applicable taxes calculated at checkout.
You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or on your behalf.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zerevest, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. Refund Policy (Summary)

All purchases are covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Promise, counted from the delivery date.

To request a refund, contact suporte@zerevest.com with subject “Refund Request – Order #_____.”

Refunds follow our official Refund Policy and require prior authorization (RMA).
Partial refunds (typically 30–40 %) may be offered with no return required, or full refunds upon timely return of all items.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Approved refunds may include a return-processing fee of up to 20% of the order value for inspection, handling, and payment-processing costs.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice.
Provisions that naturally survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, etc.) remain in effect.

17. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, and the Federal Arbitration Act.
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Rules.
Each party bears its own fees unless otherwise required by the arbitrator.
Either party may seek injunctive relief or file an individual claim in small-claims court.

18. Class Action Waiver

Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis.
Class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force and effect.

20. Anti-Spam Policy

We do not send unsolicited bulk messages.
Our communications comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

21. Entire Agreement & Feedback

These Terms and our Policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Zerevest.
Any feedback or suggestions you submit may be used by Zerevest without obligation or compensation.
